United Nations surrenders freedom of speech

Seminar promotes "responsible" role for political cartoonists.

In all the years I have been a political junkie, I never heard a single Western nation demanding that political cartoonists refrain so as not to annoy a religious group.

That freedom is tied to both freedom of speech and freedom of the press, and goes back through hundreds of years of history.

Yet that is the very freedom that the UN demands cartoonists give up.

In the name of accommodation and appeasement, your freedom could disappear.
