Followup to DOI web filters of conservative blogs

Not quite deliberately

This one is interesting, and not just because he quotes me (thanks!).

Brian Bodissey did a followup investigation with the 910 Group. The whole article is pretty intriguing, but it comes down to that conservative blogs aren't blocked as much as liberal blogs are unblocked.

It's not exactly malice or deliberate intent.

Doesn't change the effects though.

The thing that bothers me is that the DOI filters aren't being applied to all blogs, just to the ones with a certain political viewpoint.

As juliaki pointed out in the comments to my original post, some of the ads that Google runs on my sidebar would trip some filters. Google's algorithms are still trying to figure out what my perspective is, and that means I must be doing part of it right.
