Reaction to Google knuckling under to China

The blogosphere gives out opinion

Pajamas Media has a special China Syndrome page worth checking out,

While I am not real happy about Google's decision to follow China's censorship guidelines, there are two things that I have to say in support of Google.

First, this was part of the price that Google had to pay to enter China's cyberspace, or Google would have been blocked entirely.

Second, Google took a little bit of advantage. Rather than flashing "nothing," their results will flash "censored." That is enough to tell someone that there is something there to look at.
