Melting down


Watch out for rabid television personalities giving investment advice

Here's an example of why capitalism gets a bad rep. It's Jim Cramer melting down.

Listen to what he is saying and it is pretty obvious that the free market is the last thing on his mind. He doesn't want open choice and competition, he wants legal protections and special privileges granted to those "worthy few."

It's merchantile feudalism. While it is a variety of capitalism, it usually corrupts.

Given Cramer's reputation for using his various soapboxes to manipulate the stock market, this isn't exactly surprising.
