NeoNotes — Harder and harder

There is nothing in the U.S. Constitution that gives Congress authority over health care or medical insurance except maybe the much abused commerce cause.

There is absolutely nothing that gives Congress the authority to impose a mandatory fee or tax for a government sanctioned medical plan. Or to decide prices. Or to decide who is eligible for what care. Or to decide which doctors can perform which procedures.

Which means under the 10th Amendment, Obamacare is illegal.

Meanwhile the cost for medical care for millions of Americans (including me) has gone up. That's when you can find it. Even in the major cities, it's harder and harder.
