John McCain invokes Jim Crow

Raising the racist straw man argument

Okay, I am going to pick on John McCain.

You should know by now that I actively worked against McCain's reelection in 2004.

Watch this.

Notice how McCain constantly skips over the fact that he is talking about people who have broken existing law, no matter what other laws they have chosen to obey.

It may be a stupid and cruel law.

It may be absolutely wrong.

It may be in direct violation to freedom and liberty.

BUT...

McCain and those like him are not rescinding the law. They are exempting one specific nationality.

Even if the Senate bill passes, the immigration law STILL applies to EVERYONE ELSE.

And there is no way to enforce the Senate bill.

How do you tell if someone has been here two years or two months? How do you tell if someone is a violent criminal or not?

This is not racism.

This is rewarding those who break the law.

John McCain wants to PREVENT debate.

That alone means we should be paying close attention and talking about illegal immigration more.
